We offer delivery services within Dubai. Currently, we do not ship internationally, but we are continuously expanding our delivery zones. Please check our website regularly for updates on available regions.

2. Delivery Methods

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders. Depending on your location, delivery may be handled by a local or national courier service.

3. Delivery Times

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, delivery times typically range between 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or courier disruptions.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your order size and delivery location. 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or through your Petigree Pets account.

7. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to reschedule or collect your order from a nearby location. It is your responsibility to arrange for redelivery or collection within the courier’s specified time frame.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

9. Undeliverable Locations

In certain cases, we may not be able to deliver to specific remote or inaccessible areas. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to find an alternative delivery solution.

10. Change of Address

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed or dispatched.
